Google Mail, or Gmail, is continuing to experience a service disruption for a small number of users. As of 9 a.m. this morning (March 1, 2011), Google was reporting the service had been restored to some users affected by a software  bug that caused their mail to vanish 2 days ago and the company continues to work toward restoring all affected accounts.

At 12:20 p.m. PST Google announced all data had been restored to affected accounts and is being processed. It estimated data will begin being delivered to affected accounts within 2 hours however it may take hours for all users to regain access to their data once more.
