Normally, I would have counted Hallow under the Weres. But this Were-Witch, V-Addict, should not be reproducing.
Draining Vampires is a dangerous pastime, let alone cursing them and encroaching on another packs territory. Oh yes, Hallow would make the perfect mother… when hell freezes over, pigs fly and the sky falls.
Charlaine didn’t really allow the world Sookie lives in to be extremely kid-friendly. But hey, just be glad they aren’t your mother.
Trouble is brewing in the southern state of Louisiana. A powerful and evil witch is among us and one can only wonder what trouble she will bring. So far she has been linked to the kidnapping of Godric, a Vampire who resides in the Kingdom of Texas under the rule of King Stan.
Little is known as to how she came to obtain the Vampire or even the full extent of what she did to him. It is rumored that he was taken into Louisiana and drained. If this proves to be true, than we can expect to see a rise in the local V-trade. We have yet to confirm that Queen Sophie-Anne LeClerq has been made aware of the situation at hand.
No other reports of missing Vampires have come to light. One can only hope this is an isolated incident. But several questions are left unanswered.
Who is the evil witch? What is it that she desires and further more, is she working alone?
All attempts to receive a comment from Godric have been denied.
Local sweetheart and all American boy, Hoyt Foytenberry has fallen for yet another supe. The residents of Bon Temps were shocked to learn that Hoyt had begun dating obnoxious baby Vamp, Jessica Hamby. Though many speculate this was a case of glamor.
Appalled by her son’s choice, Maxine Fortenberry was quoted saying, “Hoyt’s Daddy would be turning in his grave if he knew about his son seeing a dead girl.”
Though they made an adorable couple, this romance was short-lived. It’s end culminated when Jessica moved to Dallas to be under the care of former Sheriff of Area 9, Godric. Unwilling to leave his home, family and friends, Hoyt was left with no choice but to end things with baby Vamp.
In lieu of things ending with his first ever girlfriend, Hoyt caught the attention of Holly Cleary, local barmaid, single mom and witch?
As quickly as things are moving between Hoyt and Holly, one can only wonder, what has Holly done to get Hoyt under her spell?
Of course the idea of placing one under a love spell is absurd, but is it truly impossible? Then again, as we have learned, in Northern Louisiana, nothing is impossible. Could poor sweet Hoyt be the victim of a witch’s spell? Furthermore, what does the witch have in store for Hoyt? Ideas of human sacrifices come to mind and one can only hope Hoyt will be able to break the spell and see the light of day.
The candles flicker in the dark room. Hallow’s face showing power and determination as she grabs a pinch of rosemary. Sprinkling it into the silver mortar, she then adds a sprig of cypress and a yarrow root. Picking up the pestle, grinds the ingredients methodically as she begins to chant over and over again:
